Browsing known bugs and reporting new ones for Agilefant

Agilefant uses Mantis Bug Tracker for bug tracking. The system is located at http://www.agilefant.org/mantis/. You can browse known bugs without logging in but reporting them requires registration. Optionally, you can always send us e-mail (team(at)agilefant.org).

Bug reporting process

  1. Surf to http://www.agilefant.org/mantis/.
  2. Search the database to find out if the bug is already known.
    1. Go to the View Issues page.
    2. Use the Search tool or browse through the known bugs.
  3. If you cannot find the bug, report it
    1. Log in (register an account if you do not have one).
    2. Go to the Report Issue page.
    3. Fill in all the applying fields. Try to be accurate as some bugs may be hard to reproduce.
    4. You can see the version of Agilefant you are using on the bottom of any page.
    5. If you need to attach multiple files, compress them to one zip file.
  4. The Agilefant team will be notified of your report and they will handle it.
  5. You can follow the progress on your reports on My View page

Registration

You are required to register to the Mantis Bug Tracking system to create bug reports. Browsing will not require registration. Requiring registration is necessary to prevent spam and false reports by web crawlers. Registering will only take a couple of minutes and you will not need to wait for actions from the Agilefant team to be able to use your account.

  1. Go to http://www.agilefant.org/mantis/.
  2. On the bottom of the page click Signup for a new account.
  3. Fill in your desired username and a working email address.
  4. Within minutes you will get an email with a link to confirm your registration.
  5. Follow the link and complete the registration in the web page.
  6. You are now ready to use the Mantis Bug Tracking system.
